By accessing or using LuvLang ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LuvLang is a web-based audio mastering platform that provides:

• AI-powered audio mastering tools
• Professional audio processing features
• Audio file export capabilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use LuvLang. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to your audio content.

• You own all audio files you upload and all mastered outputs
• We claim no intellectual property rights over your content
• You grant us only the limited license necessary to provide the Service (processing your audio)
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you upload

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LuvLang to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Process illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Resell access to the Service without permission
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

5. Payments and Refunds

Pricing:

• Prices are displayed before purchase and charged per track
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change with notice; existing purchases are honored at the original price

Refunds:

• We offer refunds within 7 days if you're unsatisfied with the quality
• Refund requests should be sent to support@luvlang.studio
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of this policy

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LuvLang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or audio files (please keep backups)

8. Intellectual Property

The LuvLang name, logo, and all software, design, and technology powering the Service are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code without permission.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll provide notice of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

12. Copyright and DMCA

LuvLang respects intellectual property rights. You must only upload audio content that you own or have proper authorization to master.

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to legal@luvlang.studio with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
