1. Your Content, Your Rights

LuvLang is an audio mastering tool. You retain 100% ownership of all audio files you upload, process, and export through our service. We do not claim any rights to your music or audio content.

By using LuvLang, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to process the audio files you upload (i.e., you own the content or have permission from the rights holder).

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on LuvLang infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and phone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district

6. Repeat Infringers

LuvLang maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
