- Right to Non-Discrimination: Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
2. Information We Collect
In the past 12 months, LuvLang has collected the following categories of personal information:

3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the audio mastering service
- To process payments through Stripe
- To communicate with you about your account and purchases
- To improve the service and fix bugs

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
LuvLang has not sold personal information of California consumers in the preceding 12 months and does not intend to do so. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share personal information with the following categories of service providers for business purposes only:
- Stripe — Payment processing (receives billing info for transaction processing)
- Supabase — Authentication and database services (receives account info)
- Vercel — Website hosting (receives standard server logs)
- Google — OAuth authentication (receives authentication tokens)
6. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of your CCPA/CPRA rights, you may:
- Email us at privacy@luvlang.studio with subject "CCPA Request"
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your LuvLang account
- Specify which right(s) you wish to exercise
We will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may require you to confirm your email address and provide additional information to match our records.
Response Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 10 business days of receiving your request
- Fulfillment: Within 45 calendar days (may extend to 90 days with notice for complex requests)
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (signed permission or power of attorney) and we may still verify your identity directly.
8. Children's Privacy
LuvLang does not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor under 16, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Notice
We may update this California Privacy Notice periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
